Ms. Olivia brought her 2019 Honda Fit to us with an insurance claim for collision repair. The original estimate written by the insurance company wasn't enough to cover the full cost of repairs a situation we see more often than customers realize. We immediately submitted a supplement, had it approved, and got to work. As our technicians worked through the repair they discovered additional hidden damage throughout the vehicle. Texas Five Star did a phenomenal job repairing my car, far surpassing the work done by the dealership. They even surprised me with professional detailing! When I picked it up, it looked better than the day I bought it. For a second, I wondered if they'd accidentally given me someone else's car! LOL! They fixed the radiator, front bumper, back fender, the post it rests on, noticed a tire and just replaced it (they didn't have to), replaced some pieces on the front that again, the insurance company didn't even cover, and gave me a perfect paint job. The inside and outside look and smell perfect! Beyond the quality of their work, they're just genuinely good people. I was stressed from dealing with the insurance company and out of a vehicle. They dealt with everything for me! I got the whole princess treatment! This is a small business run by salt of the earth folks who are honest, hardworking, and truly care about their customers. That's getting harder and harder to find these days. I will literally never use anyone else! Im a massage therapist by trade and I operate with the motto I'd never work anywhere I wouldn't bring my family to. When I couldn't find a place, I MADE a place.
