Is the estimate really free, with no obligation?
Yes. We inspect your vehicle and walk you through what we find at no cost, and there's no obligation to book the repair with us afterward.
How long does an estimate take?
Most estimates take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the extent of the damage. For hail damage or anything requiring a closer look under specialized lighting, it may take a bit longer.
What should I bring to my estimate?
Just your vehicle and, if you're filing a claim, your insurance information. If you already have photos of how the damage happened or a prior estimate from your insurer, those are helpful but not required.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
Calling ahead at (469) 583-7377 helps us make sure a bay is ready for you, especially during storm season when hail claims are high-volume, but you're welcome to submit the form on this page and we'll follow up to schedule a time.
Can you give me an estimate for an insurance claim?
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons customers come in. We can prepare a written estimate for your insurance company and handle supplement negotiation directly with them if the scope of damage turns out to be larger than initially assessed.
Does getting an estimate mean I have to use my deductible right away?
No. The estimate itself doesn't commit you to anything, and if you do move forward with a qualifying collision repair, we offer up to $500 in deductible assistance.
