Dozens of Shallow Dings Across Hood, Roof, and Trunk
Hailstorms can leave hundreds of small dents that ruin a vehicle's appearance and resale value.
AUTO BODY SHOP
Paintless dent removal and conventional bodywork from a 5-star Garland shop.

Hail repair at Texas Five Star Paint & Body starts with a panel-by-panel inspection under cross-lighting to map every dent, not just the obvious ones. We use paintless dent removal when paint is intact and metal hasn't stretched, working each dent from the perimeter inward with hooked rods and glue-pull tabs for double-wall areas. For cracked paint, creased body lines, or stretched aluminum, we switch to conventional bodywork: sanding, epoxy primer, body filler, block sanding, and a color-matched base coat and clear coat. We also handle headliner removal, roof skin replacement, and windshield or sunroof glass from hail impact. Every repair is hand-inspected under specialized lighting before it leaves, and our 5-year paint warranty backs the conventional work. The goal is a surface that passes a reflection-board inspection with no ripples, no overspray, and no sign a storm ever touched it.
WHAT WE HANDLE
Hailstorms can leave hundreds of small dents that ruin a vehicle's appearance and resale value.
Deep hail dents often break the paint, which leads to rust if not repaired with conventional bodywork.
Hail hitting a character ridge can crease the metal, making PDR alone insufficient for a clean repair.
Large hailstones can crack or star the windshield, requiring glass replacement alongside dent repair.
Aluminum work-hardens and won't return with PDR, so replacement or conventional repair is often necessary.
On older vehicles, widespread hail damage can push repair costs near the car's value, complicating insurance claims.
TOOLS & CAPABILITIES
Paintless Dent Removal Rods
Hooked and angled tips let us massage metal back from behind panels without breaking paint.
Glue-Pull Tab System
For double-wall areas like roof rails where rear access is blocked, we lift dents with adhesive tabs.
LED Reflection Board Inspection
Cross-lighting reveals surface distortion so every dent is worked until the panel passes light-line checks.
Computerized Color Matching
Spectrophotometer readings ensure base coat and clear coat match the factory color code under any light.
We're a family-owned Garland shop with a perfect 5-star rating and a 5-year paint warranty. Manager Ali oversees every hail job, and owner Esmaeil's name is on the work. No. PDR works only when the paint is intact and the metal hasn't stretched too far. Cracked paint or creased body lines require conventional body filler and repainting.
Light hail with 10-30 shallow dents takes 1-2 days. Severe hail across multiple panels can take 1-2 weeks, depending on whether conventional repair or panel replacement is needed.
Hail damage is a comprehensive claim, not a collision claim, so many insurers don't surcharge for it. We document every dent and provide claim-ready photos to support your case.
If repair costs approach the vehicle's actual cash value, the insurer may declare a total loss. We give you an honest assessment before you commit, so you can make an informed decision.
It depends on the material and damage. Aluminum hoods with extensive dents are often replaced because aluminum work-hardens. Steel hoods with shallow dents are usually repaired with PDR to preserve factory paint.
Conventional bodywork and repainting are covered by our 5-year paint warranty. PDR work is guaranteed against the repaired dents returning, and we hand-inspect every panel before delivery.
